

Rodney earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (1997) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and, he completed his Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2005) in Fort Worth, Texas. He has served on our staff since 2006, first as Youth Pastor and now as Discipleship Pastor. He has previously served churches in Alabama and Texas.
Rodney's goal in ministry is to help the Church to know and to make known Jesus Christ through our relationships, our families, and our community for discipleship, worship, and ministry/missions.

Dustin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Church Vocations from Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tennessee in 2013 and completed his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina in 2021. Dustin is a native of Giles County, having been raised at First Baptist Church Pulaski. He began serving on staff in November 2020.
Dustin’s goal in ministry is to glorify God in his life and his family and to serve the Church through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit by making disciples who love and follow the Lord Jesus Christ.
Andrew is currently working towards the completion of his Bachelor’s degree in Bible, through an online university. He accepted the calling to the ministry in the fall of 2008. Several years later in the summer of 2013, he was ordained to ministry while serving for three years on staff as the children’s pastor at Centennial Baptist Church in Caldwell, Idaho. In 2016, he served as a high school Bible teacher at Woodland Baptist Christian School in Winston Salem, North Carolina. In June of 2017 he accepted the call to serve on our staff.
Andrew’s heart for ministry is to lift high the name of Jesus so that others may know him!
